Converted to HID - Lightforce 240 Hand Held
A Lightforce 240 Hand Held spotlight attachment converted to HID Spotlight with "Self contained" Ballast.
Uses our 35W 5000k system. The HID Bulb lasts approx / at a minimum 3000 hours.
We take great care to make sure the Focal Point of the bulbs is as good as we can make it
which ensures that the light beam is as circular as it can be.

I used my new 240 HID on a recent trip in the wheat belt country of central NSW. We have used the 170 halogen for the past
18 years with no problems and thought it was the best, that is until we tried our new 240 HID, what a difference very bright white light makes, far easier to spot and clearly identify vermin and target those species. Fox's and cat's that where once an eye shine could be clearly seen bodily and pigs etc stood out perfectly in the wheat crops out to 800 hundred or so metres.
Very happy shooter indeed.

"The brightness, intensity and whiteness is unbelievable compared to the normal Halogen type Lightforce 240. We got 23 Pigs over the weekend and could pick out pigs in the paddocks a lot easier. This was at distances of at least 800 metres to 1 km away, even in long grass. We used the HID light both from the vehicle and from the Quad bikes and it worked perfectly. Very happy indeed."
